Philip Bell Photographer

Philip Bell is based out of his hometown of New York City where he works as a freelance photographer dividing his time between assignments and various independent projects. While he continues to enjoy exploring and shooting in and around New York he also spends time traveling to work in new, stimulating places, both within the United States and abroad.
